Ms. Rossi is responsible for the overseeing of all operations for Union Flooring and acts as the liaison between Union Management and Union Flooring Installations. Union Flooring has negotiated agreements with NERCC and holds WBE and MBE Minority Certification.
She has extensive experience in retail management and holds a marketing degree from the University of Massachusetts.
She was past president of the Downtown Development Committee for Torrington and Litchfield County.

Diane brings over 16 years of customer support and administrative experience to Union Flooring Installations. Her maintenance of cost and client databases, expertise in billing, accounts receivable and account payable is an important resource to our staff at Union Flooring Installations. Diane is also our resident expert in managing certified payrolls and AIA’s.

Joanne Wilcox
Finance

Joanne brings over 20 years of experience in finance, more specifically in Cost Accounting. She is responsible for posting, verifying, and reconciling cash accounts, accounts payable, accounts receivable, expenses, payroll, taxes or other ledger accounts. Joanne records the organization's business transactions and retains all accounting records and submits reports of business financial operations. She organizes and plans auditing schedules and ensures timely financial and statistical reports for management.
